Car Park Tarmac 13 Sep 2007 (Forum)
I was waiting outside the gym last night and noticed that just about every other car made screeching noises as it drove around the car park. Is car park tarmac different from the type used on the roads, or do about 50% of cars have their wheels out of alignment? -

I drive a Chevrolet Matiz 2008 Model and recently (September) had an MOT and service. On driving the car after the MOT/Service I noticed a sort of warbling/vibrating sound from the front axle. I reasoned that the Geo-alignment they carried out may have caused this and ignored it to begin -

. Needless to say, the car is back at the body shop. They claim to have performed a wheel alignment check and to have driven the vehicle on a test run.
