  After driving Peugeots and Citroens a while back (2005) when I worked in car sales I always noted how bad the gearboxs were, especially the 206, it felt so loose and of poor quality. Anyway I am now in the market for a new car and like the look of the new C5. Has anyone got a 6 speed manual box
• Mercedes Benz C-Class W203 (2000 - 2007) - 2005 2.2 Brake calipers - should they be replaced 13 Feb 2009 (Forum)
  My W203 mercedes had a service yesterday and had 4 new brake discs fitted. It also had a front caliper replaced but the other side was left with the old caliper. I thought that calipers should be replaced in axle pairs. Can anyone please advise? The car is a lease car so they authorised

  Seen a good low milleage Fiesta 1.25 Zetec as I need a second car, its done 34,000 miles and its never had a cambelt change. Obviously its 11 years old so this will need doing. How much is likely to cost? I am going to offer £500 for the car. Thanks. PS I live in Manchester if that helps.

  I've lost the service book for my 2 year old Ford C-Max. I think it might have been left at the dealer, which has since gone out of business. I've had the car serviced at main dealers according to the schedule, but I'm worried that without the service book I might be unable to prove the car

  My car is now 23 days away from the end of the 3-year warranty and I've got the corroded alloys sorted now - thanks all. I plan to keep the car a while and note that the air coming from the vents is nowhere as cool as it was and the system is only just about coping with this weather now

  We recently sold our old Austin Metro City. It had a mere 14K miles on the clock, been owned by three members of one family from new, had the original invoice and paperwork, all the tax discs and MoTs from when it was bought in 1986. It was in good nick with only the tiniest bit of cosmetic rust
