Vauxhall Insignia - Faulty Flywheel on Insignia CDTI 160ps Ecoflex 30 Apr 2010 (Forum)
that it was an issue with the DPF, however, after driving it in traffic, they agreed that it was definately clutch related and stripped out the clutch and gearbox. 100,000 miles. Is the 1.9 Tdi unit decently solid or not? I doubt if the car has a DPF, but does it have one of these absurdly fragile dual mass flywheels, and is there any risk of the fuel pump going? It will spend quite a lot of time not being used, and most of the use it gets will be pootling. I've -
