Biggest mistake I ever made
I have owned 3 Skoda Fabias prior to buying a Polo and bever had an issue with any of them however based on my experience, the VW brand is a complete myth.
Cost far more than a Fabia, is uncomfortable to sit in and has been back into the dealership 4 times in a little over 2 years.
Had recalls for a seatbelt issue and a handbrake issue then back in again to fix issues with infotainment system and engine valves. Returned for a fourth time to fix a faulty electric window switch.
Based on the two dealerships I have dealt with, customer service isn't a patch on Skoda.
I would never buy another VW and in my opinion the VW brand reputation of quality and reliability is nothing like the reality
