Very Disappointing

Purchased this car without seeing one in the flesh or test
Driving one due to covid etc, As it was based on the older versions floor plan and engines i didn't think there was much to worry about as i liked the previous model.
This car has been problems from the very first day of collecting and i had to think long and hard about exercising the 14 day cooling off period but stuck with it ( big mistake )
1st problem, infotainment system freezes and makes using
The car difficult as screen is needed for heater etc.
The ride quality is terrible on B roads very noisy and can't cope with anything but smooth road surfaces.
The steering has a mind of its own and is dangerous, it feels like if someone was to grab the steering from you.
The car constantly chimes warning bings when you stray an inch too close to the white line in the centre of the road and a horrible warning comes when you get within about 20 feet of the car in front as if it thinks your going to crash into it, its very off putting and the other day while doing a slight manover to avoid an obstruction the brakes jammed on violently making me nearly crash the car, The interior trim also squeaks a lot and processions kept in the car vibrate as if the car isn't balanced, its very badly thought through and shocking quality, fuel economy is not great either, ive had golfs for 20 years and always been very happy with them, this will be my last golf and probably last VW car. I hate the thing.
