Suzuki Ignis (2017 on)
SZ5 Dualjet SHVS MHEV Start/Stop 5dr
An excellent small car with tardis like qualities
I replaced our Peugeot 208 with this as we wanted a small car where my wife could see the dials easily. It has turned out to be an excellent choice. Its comfortable nippy and roomy and above all economical even if you drive without a care for economy. We are getting 59mpg now after 3000 miles. Love the sliding rear seat although you can get full shopping bags behind the front seats easily if you leave the back seats in their normal position. The gear box is superb and the stop start system the best by far I have encountered. Almost unnoticeable. I've never switched it off! It's a bit noisier than my Honda Civic but fine for long motorway miles if needed though with its great turning circle and visibility its a breeze in town driving. Last thing - the aircon/heating system is superb, as is the rear camera (wide angle) plus you even get tweeters and keyless entry on the SZ5.
