vRS 2.0T FSI 5dr Hatchback

NICE TO DRIVE, LOOKS GOOD ,VERY PRACTICAL ,REASONABLE ON FUEL FOR 200BHP POWER,.

I had the diesel octavia before 1.9 ,that was very good on fuel,and reliable but this is in a differant league,fast when needed and 40+ mpg in mixed drives on motorway and a ,and b roads .The sports suspension on 18" tyres make it a firm ride but you expect this ,cornering and grip are very good and give a cotrolled feel.A Well built car ,very reasonabel service costs , its hard to find anything to complain about ,SKODA dealers seem helpfull and not overpriced . So far so good im very happy with my choice i miss the economy of the diesel but driveing pleasure makes up for this and lt looks the part .Needs to be run on v power shell or similar for optimum power output . A nice motorway (GT) cruiser ,power there through the rev range and ave mpg 35-40 DOWNSIDE, Aircon failed as predicted by HJ , No goodwill from skoda which is a dissapointment .
