Our best car yet, but thirsty.

The Kodiaq is spacious, comfortable, very well equipped, quiet and practical. There's very little to find wrong with the car except the fuel economy. Leaving the car in eco mode to save fuel means it drives very sluggishly, unresponsive and ultimately it irritates so we leave it in normal mode but the mpg drops by 2, down to a frankly terrible 24mpg. The claimed figures I think are wildly optimistic.
Another issue we have is, we have the electronic boot which opens and closes on a button. Every so often after we have locked the car, maybe an hour or several hours later, with the car still locked the boot will open itself, stop half way and stay there. Skoda do not seem interested in sorting the problem.
