An Elegant Compact and Capable 4X4
The Evoque is a good looking compact SUV which is happy on the motorway, on B roads or on the rough stuff. Its luxury interior, even in Pure spec., makes it a pleasant and comfortable place to be, but a few squeaks and rattles have detracted from the overall cabin ambiance. Boot space is barely adequate. Performance isn't slothful but it is far from brisk and while economy continues to improve slowly it fails to match its over optimistic official figures.
