Major crabbing problem front end

My wife complained about a crabbing problem after a few months of owning this car. She said she felt that the wheels were going to come off. Mercedes Benz refuses to accept that the problem exists using all sorts of excuses rather than just admit it. We know there are problems on other model, has anyone else got this problem with a GLE because Mercedes say that the problem isn't known to them on the GLE. Look forward to hearing from anyone
