GLE250d 2.1 AMG Line Premium Plus Auto 4MATIC 5dr SUV

OK car, but bad suspension crabbing problem.

The car, overall has been fine, Average 42 mpg on a motorway run, 30 mpg around town and local.
My big problem is crabbing on full lock, really bad. I am embarrassed to turn if anybody is close to the car, because of the noise etc.
Mercedes after sales, from Dealer and UK is appalling. They refuse to do anything about it. Instead of admitting it is an engineering problem, they say it is a comfort problem and all season tyres should resolve it, but they will not cover the cost !!!
I have just written to Mercedes CEO in Germany and the CEO in the UK.
If no success I am going to write to the Auto magazine's, Auto Express, AutoCAD etc.
I traded a Jaguar XF in on this car. Far Far better service and attitude from Jaguar.
