Mercedes-Benz GLC (2015 - 2021)
Glc 300 amg premium plus
Very poor reliability, if this is not a issue a nice car!
We purchased our GLC in March 2020 just before covid hits uk...and car has been used very lightly during last 3 years. Current mileage is less than 6000.
At 5000 miles the break booster failed....a hissing sound started to come from break paddle when released.
Break booter was replaced under warranty after 3 visits to the dealership. I had to make a video of the problem to prove there was a problem with the car! Then they admitted break booster is at fault.
Few weeks earlier the fuel flap broke off the hinges...when inspecting I realised it's a very poor quality plastic is used and when checked on Google it seems a common problem, but it's not covered by Warranty.
Cost of replacement and labour £350+
Then the conditioning of the car started to malfunction!
My car is at the dealership now for two weeks and still not fixed.
Really disappointed with the car as well as the dealership. Very poor and unprofessional customer service from main dealer.
Problems keep coming with this car....planning to sell off in the near future.
Br careful if you are considering purchasing Mercedes, really poor quality parts used.
When you spend 50k on a car and brand like Mercedes you expect a certain level of quality and service. Not of that exists unfortunately.
