220CDI SE

Very very good!!

Needed extra space so went for an E rather than the C class estate that I have had for the last 3 years. I loved the C class, but this is better. It's clearly an M'way cruiser and just eats big miles!! Even when stuffed to the gunnels returns brilliant economy. It's the long distance comfort that impresses most. The 220 CDI engine is a little gruff, after my petrol C class, but after 4000 miles I've got used to it-just. The car never feels under powered but when you put your foot down it's just plain noisy and unrefined. Drive normally and it's fine. The space just brilliant for an active family, and the roof box is now redundant! It's just a big comfortable beast of a car and we love it!! In terms of niggles - apart from the noisy engine none. In terms of likes - space, comfort, cruising ability and economy - oh and 7 digit postcodes on the Map Pilot navigation. The bluetooth connectivity is also much better than before and streaming spotify is possible!! (Does anyone care?). So to summary we love it!!
