Great Car spoilt by poor dealer

I purchased this car, my third E Class, in October 2016. It then took 6 months to get it performing as it should. It was presented to me with out of date software and I was expected to download and install myself. As a graduate electronic engineer this should have been straight forward for me. What I was not told is that the car only downloads/updates when running and I do not drive many miles, less than 5000 miles a year. At that time the download and install took about 3 hrs each! I finally found that I could download the software from MB website but was not told this by the dealer. It still took 3 hrs to install - and only while running! All this was compounded by many updates during this period but I finally got a sat nav that was almost as good as my previous model - months!
I reported a leak during the first 3 months of ownership. It was watery but at the same time a bit oily. Bring it in and we will have a look at the dealer said. This I duly did and later that day they told me it was water from the aircon. I was not convinced but could only take the car back and carry on. A few weeks later an error message came up telling me that the Adblue reservoir was low and that the car would no longer start if it was not refilled after a number of miles. I refilled it but the error message remained. Again I called the dealer who offered me a date to come in so far in the future that I would have exceeded the miles before the car would not start! Bright or not? Anyway when I pointed this out they booked it in right away they then discovered that my aircon water was actually a split Adblue pipe! They did not stock the parts to repair it so I was without the car for about a week.
The final straw was a shudder when I applied the brakes. Back again to the dealer diagnosis - some scuffing on the disc brakes. Dealers solution - replace them but not under warranty. My decision tell them where they can put their solution. I am considering my options. I think this has been the most stressful car I have ever owned and I have many cars in my 56 year driving life. Even my first vehicle a second hand Mini Van was less of a hassle.
