Great until it wasn't
This car was brilliant fun to drive and reasonably practical, and very frugal on the fuel. In fact, until recently I would have said it's Achilles heel was the entertainment/satnav, which is laughably bad and full of bugs. However after 80,000 miles and 7 years you just don't expect the timing chain to come off and wreck the engine. Quick Google suggests while rare this isn't unheard of, so avoid the diesels like a plague.
