1.5 Sport 5dr Hatchback

Nippy, sporty but loud.

I bought the Mazda 2 after Honest John's positive reviews, saw the 1.5 Sport ex demo in the showroom, fell in love with it's smart interior, which looked far better than all the other model options. It came with climate control, auto lights, washers etc. drove like a dream, similar to my beloved MX5 but with the extra space. The positives are the brilliant driving experience as you always feel in control, as with other Mazdas. It is economical and reasonable to run, I have found the seats very comfortable inspite of what other reviewers say, and it is spacious for a small car.
Dislikes are road noise from the low profile tyres, a very poor petrol gauge, I have nearly run out of fuel twice because the inadequacy of this dreadful design also passenger side front visibility could be better. Overall a great driver's car, but I wish it was more refined.
