Plenty of car industry reviews complain about lack of performance, cheap-looking interior plastics, firm ride, lack of headroom in the back and on and on. But this car reliably gets you where you want to go in good time and in a very relaxed manner. Better for the environment AND your blood pressure. Plastics are used because they are light. The ride is firm because the tyres are thinner than average. Headroom in the back is sacrificed to aerodynamic efficiency - all features calculated to increase mpg. I'm getting 75mpg on a run and 65mpg in town (UK). Road tax is £10. It's a Honda and is a high-quality, well-built car. If you want to go fast, buy a sports car or a stupid big SUV and may you arrive in Hell before I do. But if you're thoroughly sick of constantly spending your hard-earned cash on fuel and you want a reliable, comfortable, well-equipped family ride that steers and handles very precisely while wafting you along at the legal limit in great comfort and an enlightened, Zen-like state, then this car is for you.
