Honda CR-V (2012 - 2018)
2.2 i-DTEC EX 150 5dr
Happy Motoring
Our second CRV. The first we had was a 2007 model which we retired after 165000 miles. The only thing we ever replaced was a battery. light bulbs, wipers, and tyres. It was utterly reliable and never put a food wrong. We've now replaced it with the later model which is even more refined and again in 4x4 form (we live in rural Cornwall and my wife drives a 40 mile round trip to the hospital where she workd so reliability is paramount). So far so good and apart from replacing (and being ripped off by the RAC) the battery and one windscreen wiper has been so far - so good. The vehicle is well built and easy to drive. Reliability is King for us and we're hoping this model will prove every bit as dependable as the previous one. We rate these cars highly and can't praise them enough however one thing we have learned is that it's imperative to maintain and service them correctly. Honda servicing is very expensive but once they go wrong they cost the earth to fix. Make sure you buy one with full service history.
