Honda CR-V (2012 - 2018)

Two Honda CRVS 2016 and late 2017 models, major issues
I have purchased two Honda CRVs from a good Honda dealer (they are not all good) both used 1-3 years old the first was a 66 plate (late 2016) after 13 months I noted a clunk in reverse at circa 34k miles the dealership replaced the diff followed by the transfer box to correct and Honda accepted the cost just because they should not have occurred at that mileage. That impressed I brought a late 2017 build same model (2018 plate) from the same dealer at 23k miles now on 47k miles starting slowness with what I call a slow crank , battery charge by myself after a Honda health check, problem continued so I got the same dealer to replace the battery (on leaving the dealership I noted some white smoke from the car) they were not helpful giving a negative feedback on line got the dealer principle on the phone in minutes, although he appeared only interested in his hourly workshop rate, so I declined (even though I have full extended warranty) said I would wait until it broke down 2 weeks late it went into limp mode , nothing found by the AA less rad needed water even though expansion tank was full to max car was ok now less on starting sometimes stalling so starting issues not improving . Rad needed slight top ups so took back to the Honda dealer that is more interested in its customers rather than workshop rates (I live in another part of the country now but still take it 200+ miles there for its servicing) after a few days they diagnosed a cracked cylinder head, it appears its a possible problem and Honda have extended manufacturers warranty to 10 years on heads , excellent service by Honda and the dealership , poor service by my local Honda dealer and Honda central not helpful to my complaint
