Exceptional
This is an exceptional all rounder.
The 530d has power to burn (if you like that thing); and comfortable enough to leave you refreshed after a long drive (e.g., 4+ hours).
The E-class probably has the edge in the luxurious department, but if you’re looking for a load carrier with bullet proof reliability, quality interior and great handling, this is the car for you.
SUV’s have become very fashionable, but why bother when the Touring offers everything you need.
