320d Luxury 5dr Estate

Performance with economy in a handsome "estate" car.

The new 320d is a super car to drive - in sport mode it feels like you are driving a sports saloon yet in eco mode you can get 55+ mpg. Everytime I get in the car it brings a smile to my face, the performance is more than adequate, handling is finely balanced, braking is confidence inspiring and synchronization with my iphone is excellent and I have to remind myself that I am driving a car that can carry four passengers and 24 cases + (150 bottles) of wine on my trips to France with room for supermarket delicacies as well!
Downside is a slightly harsh ride but that is a small price to pay with run flats on 18" diameter wheels.
This is truly a well sorted motor car - what would I like to make it even better? for the price I think sat nav and xenon / LED headlights should be included but I'm sure future models will have these as standard as the competition catches up on BMW.
