Hi, I had my car parked in a parking lot last year and due to some issues with my hand brake the car started rolling downwards after a couple of hours and collided with another car. No one was in any of the cars when it happened. My insurance company paid out the costs as it was my car that malfunctioned. I actually went ahead and lated paid back the costs to my insurer and the claim was settled and my no claims bonus is not affected. Now the question is - Do I need to declare this claim when I am now applying for insurance? If so should it show as my fault? Thanks, S
