Is it true that a new law is about to be enacted that will allow these parking vultures to chase up their spurious claims for money? Does that mean the laws of trespass will be changed or contract law? How can our so called 'leaders' be so perverse as to ban clamping and yet allow these cowboys to thrive? They are all one in the same to me and to many others too. I am not an advocate of parking at will and flouting any reasonable time allowance. But the idea that these parasites pass themselves and their paperwork off as official penalty notices is nothing short of misrepresentation in itself and now to be endorsed by our own elected 'leaders' to pursue us for exhorbitant amounts of money for some petty infringement is a national scandal.
