I have a 2.2 ST TDCI and want to know when the Cambelt needs changing.
I have seen some comments to say it does not have a belt but has a chain instead and therefore never needs changing. Is that correct. I know nothing about cars so don't want to be fobed off by a garage.

Almost certain it is a chain, certainly the 2.0 tdci is.
