Good evening,

i have owned my seat Ibiza since august 2019 from second and and never had any issues until 2020 when I noticed an issue with the central locking not locking and the key fob just flashing red, which i thought the battery's need changing which i did.

however since then on the car cuts out completely and everything including the hazard lights wont work, it seems to be when the steering wheel is all way round it turns everything off and i see a orange steering wheel light on the dash.

i have finished work today and the car was completely dead, however when i open the drivers door a few times and slam it shut and press the unlock key everything powers up, very weird.

im suspecting its an electrical issue and something with the steering as this seems to cause the issue?

any advice would be appreciated as i no nothing about cars tbh.
