My initial thought was Citroen c6, nice car but who'd buy one. Them I thought some more and if I am not wrong Volvo v60 is based on same chasis as Mondeo. If so you can pay £33000 for one of those so maybe it's not overpriced. Badge snobbery? If ford can make the brand fly then good luck to them. I have mk4 Mondeo, it was pretty cheap used car but it is nice to drive, practical and cheap to run.
