Banned from driving, is my car insurance still valid?

I have been banned from driving for several months. My insurance policy has my wife registered as a secondary driver, can she drive the vehicle without having to change or inform the insurance company?

The policy will most likely be void. You will need to inform your insurer of your driving ban and check the validity of the policy. Your wife will probably need to take out a new policy in her name.
