DVLA licence medial delays - how can we make a complaint?

My son has to have a peripheral vision test every three years. The DVLA pay for his eye test but 11 weeks on they have still not replied or informed us of their decision. We have no idea if they are processing his claim or have even received the letter. We also can't get through on the phone. What can we do?

You could try writing to the DVLA medical department: Drivers' Medical Enquiries, DVLA, Swansea SA99 1TU or progress this to a formal complaint (you can do this by making an online complaint via the DVLA website).

If neither of these progress his application then I would suggest contacting your local MP.
