How do I find out what is happening with my medical driving licence application?
In April this year I applied for a medical licence and had a letter back on 17th April with an additional questionnaire. I filled it in with exactly the same answers as on previous successful applications but I've heard nothing since. I can't use the tracking app on the Gov website because they never gave me the reference number I need.
I'm becoming more and more afraid and don't know how to find anything out.

Assuming you have tried calling the DVLA or contacting them online, I would suggest writing to the DVLA medical department: Drivers Medical Group DVLA Swansea SA99 1TU.
Alternatively, given the length of time you have been waiting without any further communication, you could make a formal complaint.
