The DVLA hasn't contacted my GP, what should I do?
I have been waiting for weeks for the DVLA to contact my GP and consultant for details of my health to renew my application, can you help?

If you have tried phoning the DVLA without success, you could try writing to the DVLA medical department: Drivers' Medical Enquiries, DVLA, Swansea SA99 1TU or progress this to a formal complaint.
Failing that, you could contact your local MP to make a complaint on your behalf.
