I can't get through to the DVLA, what should I do?

I'm trying to get the DVLA to forward my details so I can book my DVLA medical to receive my new licence. I can’t get through to them, the line keeps saying extremely busy and call back. I am running out of time to renew it or it will be revoked for a year, help please.

I would suggest trying their online contact form, webchat or writing to: Drivers' Medical Enquiries, DVLA, Swansea SA99 1TU.

If you still don't get a response you could make a formal complaint.
