  push to get it through neutral before it goes into the next gear with no problem. Garage have diagnosed it as a bent selector bar in the gearbox - as it warms it expands and becomes problematic - it's a problem they have come across before. Ford are wriggling saying as its a driving instructor car

  I bought my 2006 Ford Focus in January. Just after the 30 day no quibble exchange period ended (typical!) the boot started to open itself at random. The dealer fitted a new boot catch which sorted the problem for a while but now it's doing it again. Thankfully it's never opened whilst driving along

  TPMS works from valves on this car. Will running throughout winter on winter tyres with no TPMS units fitted cause any problems except yellow dashboard...

  Just coming in out of the snow and notived a 10cm long resistor hanging down from the F/O/S bumber of my MkIII Golf 1995. Clearly a bracket has corroded or something but what is the resistor for. Regards Peter.
