It is fine to leave your electric vehicle parked for several months, but we would suggest a few things to ensure it is in perfect health when you return. Charge the vehicle to 80% capacity before it is parked - this is the optimum state of charge and will allow for a slight loss of charge during this time, but it is estimated that EVs lose no more than 3% of their charge per month. We would also suggest deactivating any online features such as wifi or automatic updates to reduce any drain on the battery, and if your vehicle has an energy saving or power saving mode it would be worth activating this also.
