  Hi Lads Wife has 94 Fiesta 1.1 Goes a treat, but, she has problems on first start in mornings, fires up straight away with a little throttle, but will not idle until warmed up a bit, this of course is causing her to stall it on several occassions. Took it to a local Ford garage, they worked

  my voice when speaking. I drive a diesel every day and around town it has a gentle diesel thrum, but not so loud you can't hear people talking. The noise of the engine in this vehicle really suprised me and was reminisecent of my old Ford 1.8 diesel!

  When the diesel smoke test (revving the engine to full speed with no load)was first introduced, typical engines were Ford 1.6/1.8 idi and the Perkins Prima in the Maestro/Montego. Certainly, the Perkins units were known for being very smoky and could be tricky to get through the emissions test

  Hi, Just bought a second hand 2001 ford focus for 6K. So now have two cars, and a 5 years no claim. I was able to get my 5 years on both cars, but now, feel with two cars, it i am in a bash with one, i could be in trouble. It will cost me £50 per year per car for a no claims cover insurance
