  • Review: Kenwood DMX8020DABS Car Stereo with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto (productReview)
The Kenwood DMX8020DABS is a modern infotainment system that replaces the dated double-din stereo in your old car. It features a slick touchscreen display providing access to a wide range of features – including wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, as well as DAB radio and even a reversing camera or dashcam (when fitted).
  • Review: Scalextric Micro Wacky Races (productReview)
The cars endured a lot of abuse from our testers (including being pushed along carpet), so we imagine these spares will be used sooner rather than later. Swapping them is simply a case of unclipping the old and slotting in the new ones.
  • Review: Joie Stages Isofix (productReview)
The Joie Stages Isofix is designed to be used from birth right up to around seven years old thanks to the way it converts. Being a Group 0+/1/2 seat makes it a rarity among child car seats - most only go from birth to 4 years old.  It starts off as a rearward-facing seat for little ones up to 18kg, then converts into a forward facing seat for 9kg to 25kg children and can then be used as a group 2 booster.
  • Review: Cybex Anoris T i-Size (productReview)
What is it? The Cybex Anoris T i-Size is the most advanced car seat from Cybex. It's also the first car seat on the market with an integrated full body airbag and is designed to offer 50% more protection than standard forward-facing car seats. In a crash, the airbag inflates within milliseconds, protecting the child’s head, neck and body before the force of collision reaches them.
  • Review: Cybex Sirona Z i-Size R (productReview)
Instead, try our Car Seat Chooser tool. Tell us what car you have, or plan to get, and we will show you every seat that fits your car. It's really that simple. What is it? The Cybex Sirona Z i-Size R is a purely rear-facing, Group 0+/1 car seat designed to fit a child from birth to approximately four-years-old.
  • Review: RAC Advanced Mesh Dog Guard (productReview)
It's designed to be a universal fit and will prevent your dog from jumping over the back seats and into the cabin of the car, which risk damaging upholstery with mud and claw scratches, but can also be very dangerous and can potentially cause an accident. As the RAC Dog Guard claims to fit any car, we tested it in a range of vehicles - an old Vauxhall Corsa (hatchback), a nearly new Skoda Octavia (Estate) and a very scruffy Suzuki Grand Vitara (4x4).
  • Review: Maxi-Cosi AxissFix (productReview)
However, it does seem to be more pronounced in the AxissFix, but this does depend on the car you have and how old your child is. As always, it's worth trying out the AxissFix in your car if you can. Most big car seat retailers will be more than happy for you to test the fit and it's crucial you're happy with it.
  • Review: Nuna MYTI (productReview)
What is it? Nuna's car seat range isn't the biggest but that does mean it's very easy to understand. The MYTI is its Group 1/2/3 car seat that's suitable for children from 9kg right up to 36kg. That's approximately 9 months up to 12 years, so while it's not cheap at £275, it is an investment that will last you until your not so little one doesn't need a car seat any longer.
  • Review: Sony XAV-AX100 Car Stereo with Apple CarPlay & Android Auto (productReview)
However, it's not available on all new cars - and if your car is more than a couple of years old it definitely won't have it. This radio will replace your factory-fit radio and, as well as being able to mirror your phone on the dashboard, it can also provide access to AM/FM radio and display an image from your car's reversing camera (if fitted).

  • Review: Scalextric Legends Rusty Rides - Volkswagen Beetle and T1b Camper (productReview)
They look superb, but that does mean there's more to break. The wing mirrors are particularly susceptible to coming off (tip - don't let a three-year-old help you test them out...) - so these are cars you want to take care with. We also had a few quality issues with one of our cars. The rear screen of the red Beetle doesn't fit properly and we haven't been able to get it to sit right, which is disappointing on a limited edition set costing this much.
  • Review: Britax Römer Kidfix III (productReview)
What is it? Britax Römer is one of the most well-known names when it comes to car seats and it has a huge range of seats - close to 50 in fact. The Kidfix III M is the latest addition to the Kidfix range of Group 2/3 cars seats, designed for children aged from around three and a half years old up to 12 (from 15kg to 36 kg).
  • Review: Michelin tailored car mats (productReview)
width=599&height=399&mode=max" alt="" data-udi="umb://media/2531c4db917d4ee2b41bedcb3ade1263" /> Should I buy them? There's no shortage of car mats around from various suppliers, but the Michelin car mats stand out as something that's a cut above the usual. As well as the recognition of the brand name, they genuinely feel like high quality tailored car mats.
  • Review: Cybex Sirona S i-Size (productReview)
Tipping the scales at 15kg it's not the kind of seat you want to be moving between cars regularly, unless you're working on your biceps. That said, it's easy to fit. Unlike many other similar car seats, the two Isofix arms move independently of each other. This makes it much easier if you're fitting it into a tight spot, such as the back of a three-door car or coupe.
  • Review: Cybex Solution Z-Fix (productReview)
The Solution Z-Fix sits at the top end of the very extensive Cybex range of Group 2/3 car seats. Designed for children from 15kg to 36kg (so around 3 to 12 years old), it's one of the Cybex Platinum range of seats - these tend to be a bit posher with nicer fabrics and more features. T hey are also more expensive, with the Z-Fix starting at £190 with the Plus version costing another £25.
  • Review: Cybex Pallas G i-Size (productReview)
What is it? The Cybex Pallas G i-Size is a front facing Group 1/2/3 car seat that's designed to last from when children are approximately 15 months right up to 12 years old. It can only be fitted to cars with Isofix and also has a top tether fitting for added security.

  • Review: Razor Crazy Cart Shift (productReview)
For those that don't live a few minutes from where they want to use the Crazy Cart shift, it  might be a better idea to chuck it in the car rather than carry it - as we do. It fits fine in our Audi Q2, but if your rear seats/boot are full or you have a smaller car, it's definitely worth checking the dimensions to see if you'll be able to fit the cart in your car.

  • Review: Nuna Leaf Grow (productReview)
There is also a clip-on toy bar with three knitted toys - a bird, cloud and a bunny. We're using our six month old son Reuben, as chief tester for this Nuna Leaf Grow review.
