Fog driving 14 Feb 2008 (Forum)
Another morning driving in the fog. And the usual minority who drive without dipped headlights. Including a learner driver with an "experienced" teacher. Many cars are fitted with lights that automatically illuminate in such conditions. Maybe its time to make all cars have the facility fitted -

Mercedes E430 ESP light. 10 Feb 2007 (Forum)
illuminated on the dash. It won't rev and will just crawl along in gear(automatic transmission, not sequential). Anything simple we can look at? Auto box - sport mode (Citroen C5) 8 Jan 2007 (Forum)
I have a C5 2.2 HDI automatic, which has a sport mode option on the gearbox. I can't remember ever using it before but I suspect that a recent software update has messed up the gearbox, so I tried it out yesterday. The gear changes do not take place until 4000 rpm, which seems ridiculous -
