Why won't Toyota allow me to fit a louder indicator ticking relay into my 2007 Yaris? 21 Jun 2010 (Ask HJ)
The indicator 'ticking' is inaudible in my 2007 Toyota Yaris, so the occasional failure to notice its non-cancellation is frustrating and potentially dangerous.... -
SAAB - SAAB 93, good opportunity or bad idea? 4 Jun 2009 (Forum)
noticed that only one of the three main car supermarkets (Motorpoint) I normally look at have any 08/58 plate Mondeos, (Trade Sales and Car Giant are the others, our company is in the South East), but there are a lot of SAAB 93's. Most are Auto's (not good either for BiK or mpg) but there are a few 150hp -
Suzuki Alto (2009 - ) - Spot-on marketing from Suzuki 24 Jan 2009 (Forum)
of the late 70s/ early 80s Alto FX - remember those, with the glass hatch and '5 speed' badge?!) as 3 cylinder engines seem to have so much more zest than a 4 cylinder, though the i10's new Kappa 1.2 sounds like a great unit. As for the new Charade due in Feb... Daihatsu seem to be doing nothing. I think -
Ford Mondeo III (2000 - 2007) - tdci 160,000 mile report 10 Dec 2008 (Forum)
properly tested the four injectors. #4 was definitely dead. #s 2&3 were very sick and #1 wasn't very good. Had a choice of just changing one and putting it through the ring hoping that the engine light would stay off but decided that the extra money on changing all four would be worth it. Only time -
Servicing. Why bother? 30 Jul 2007 (Forum)
expensive when I can only think that they 'suggest' to change parts when really they have a few more months or 1000's of miles left on them? The only reason I can think of taking it for a regular service is that it may stop your car from breaking down, but hey, a car regularly serviced can breakdown just -

Should I buy a SAAB? 1 May 2007 (Forum)

Primera: Clutch breaks within 200 yards 7 Mar 2007 (Forum)
the road, all OK until there's a loud "ping" and the clutch is U/S. They're not going to know what the problem is until Tuesday when they can get hold of another clutch and see what the problem is with the car. However they're speculating that it's the cheap pattern part that's to blame, either one -

No rain sensors. Does anyone know -

First Car... Polo V Ibiza V Lupo V 206 5 May 2005 (Forum)
which is nice to look at, with a sporty image. Similar high quality interior to the Polo. The only problem is that they all seem to be 1.4's so the insurance would be more expensive than the Polo (but not as expensive as a 1.4 Polo hmmm) http://snipurl.com/en3g VW Lupo Year 2000 / 2001 -

Another unfortunate story of main dealer rip-off attempts.... My colleague at work has a S reg 1.0 CL Polo with full VW service history, he has always used the local VW dealer here in the west (obviously cannot name it). He rang up on last Monday to book the car in for a service, they said
