Do you know of any problems with the Alfa Romeo 159?

I have decided to buy a used Alfa Romeo 159 2.4 JTDm. I have read your review of the 159 and you list a number of faults that affect the 1.9 JTDm, but nothing on the 2.4. Now that this car has been around for a few years are you aware of any other areas that I should be concerned about? I know that some owners have had DPF and EGR issues but I am looking at ex-fleet cars that will have been used for a lot of motorway miles so hopefully this will not be too much of an issue. I have read about issues with the wrong PAS fluid being used in a lot of 159s. Is this something that I would be able to check easily before I buy the car?

I know nothing that isn't in car-by-car breakdown and my road tests. Why would I keep it to myself? Obviously check all the other cars that have the same engine. It isn't economical. About 34mpg.
