  hi my renault scenic 1.9 dci 2004 clutch has gone to the floor and stayed there,iv checked for leaks by removing the battery, ecu and air box and no signs  i also checked the fluid reservior and is full, if i pull the pedal up with my foot and push it back down

  Recently purchased 56 plate Vectra CDTI SRI 120...had ECU remapped...at 2000 rpm in 6th gear speed recorded at 80 mph...gearbox failed...replacement box fitted under warrenty...tried vehicle...now at 2000 rpm in 6th gear speed recorded at 68 mph...spoke with the garage and they said they fitted

  My van just stopped running AA said it could be ECU on back of diesel injection pump. I have had this repaired but it still will not start. Fault code reads P0251 spill valve malfuction (injectior pump). Turns over fine. Has anyone got any suggestions?. Thanks Rob

  I have had my engine replaced on my lpg combo van it is a 1.4xep engine , new engine is 1.4 xep as well garage that has replaced engine has had to use my inlet manifold as it is LPG and now there is a problem with starting ,it has no ecu light on dashboard and garage dont seem to know why

  Hi all, Looking at buying a mk3 GTI - as car detail above. On the sellers advert it says: "Also still has original engine restriction at 5000rpm proven from ecu test that was replaced sept 2008 so the car has never been driven fast." Any ideas? Was there a 5k RPM limit on the GTI? Cheers

  I just briefly read in a magazine about a company who can fit 'speed governors' to a young motorists car by parents who want to prevent their youngsters going too fast. Basically they re-map the ECU so preventing the youngsters vehicle from going over 70mph without restricting the performance

  My daughter purchased a car from a trader which came with a 30 day warranty. Ten days after the warranty expired the car has developed a fault, in fact it will not start suspected ecu or fuel pump problem. Are there any rights that I have although the 30 days warranty has expired to get the dealer
