  by increased wear on the starter circuit. Something else to give trouble and expense. I switch the device off before every journey, and it has become as natural as putting on my seat belt. Rather than pay for an expensive stop/start battery, why not fit a conventional one and do without stop/start?

  I'm having an intermittent fault where the engine won't start first time. It turns freely for as long as you'll let it, just won't fire. If you stop and try again straight away, it fires up fine. No error codes or warning lights. Battery is good. Car runs fine otherwise. Seems totally intermittent

  . They have tried resetting code and also disconnected battery and reconnected but to no avail. New coil pack has been tried as well Any suggestions?

  Hi Any advice on how to get NextBase to replace a camera that screen failed on after 15 months? Warranty is 12 months. Modern electronics should last longer. I remember reading about batteries vs capacitors and NextBase replaced cameras. Thanks

  I have just had a new battery put on my car and the radio wants a code? Nothing in the Handbook or Service Book? I have taken the radio out and found the serial number as M008338, I was hoping the code would have been on the back of the radio but no such look. Really miss

  I bought a 2009 galaxy recently and had the garage replace the car battery. Since then the radio refuses to work? I have found what appears to be the seriel number which is V041637 If this is correct can anyone say what the code is and how exactly do I enter it in the 6000cd player standard

  Hi, My 2007 Landrover Freelander will not lock my car with the key fob. The car starts and stops with no problem using the key fob. I am lead to believe that the battery in the key fob charges everytime it is inserted into the ignition when starting the car so i am thinking the key fob

  I have just had the cam belt and clutch renewed on my 53 plated Ford Fiesta, but the chap who did the job disconnected the battery and the radio code  in my handbook doesn't work. Does anyone know what the code might be. The serial no. is  M031641. Any help would be greatly appreciated

  Hi this is very odd. Car has cold start issue when started from cold live data shows ECT rise from 3oC to 25oC in 25 seconds. Changed ECT with genuine one problem now worse 15 seconds causes car to be undriveable unless left for 15 minutes to warm uo. Have done ECU reset by disconnect battery
