  Honda Accord 1850 auto - in reverse, gradually slows to a halt with the engine racing and no drive. Putting it back into neutral and then reverse again gives you another "go". Even in the handbook there is a section where wording vaguely suggests that occasionally it may not select reverse properly

  Hi, Wondering whether anyone can help? I have a 1999 Honda Accord 1.8 SE Auto which is having some problems. The D4 light flashes occasionally while driving. When this happens I simply pull over, turn engine off, wait a few seconds and start up again. This seems to restart it but it now happens

  75000 mile service will be due in the next couple of months. Thing is, Honda want £550 for this one because gearbox oil and sparkplugs will be changed(1st time). Usually, the expensive service costs between £250-300. Across the board, this particular service for MK6 Civic's is the mega expensive

  I have a 1995 Honda Accord. I have changed a timing belt on one before but I cannot remember if the crankshaft pulley bolt is left or right hand threaded. The workshop manual gives no indictation of this either. Please can some one help me as I don-not wish to tighten it further as I know they can

  The radio on my wife's 2002 Honda CRV 2.0 has developed a fault whereby it does not power off, even when the ignition is switched off and the key removed. When this happens, nothing will disable it - and the volume/on-off control is inoperable, i.e. turning it does not alter the volume

  . However this is a car with 8 sparkplugs and needs valve clearances checked at this service. Anyone had a Jazz or other Honda serviced by an independent? Any problems? And a question for the professionals here, do you have access to technical data on a Jazz, eg valve clearances, torque settings etc?

  I have a 4 year old Civic, so it is out of warranty. It is due its 36k service soon....which is £178 at the Honda dealer. For that I get Oil/Filter, brake fluid changed and 40 or 50 checks. I could do a service myself replacing all fluids/filters/plugs etc for less than half that. What I wont get
