Comfortable,well made,economical,quiet
I have had my D2 R design for 3 months. The car is manufactured to a very high standard. It is economical, smooth to drive and generally comfortable to sit in. The suspension is not as good as my previous V50 possibly because of the larger wheels. There is little road noise but sensitivity to undulation in the surfaces is not good. Why on earth is the handbrake on the passenger side. Rear vision is a bit restricted because of the pillars.I have owned Volvos for the past 20years and rate this car as good as any of the previous ones.
