SE 3.0 V6 TDI 245 5dr Auto SUV

Much better than expected

I never much fancied a SUV, most seem showy and far to big or shout look at me in my pumped up car but the old VW Touareg is not like that, sure its a bit larger than a standard saloon but not by much and as I get older my requirement's are more about getting in and out with ease rather than struggling to get in or especially getting out against a high kerb.
I am sure age has something to do with it but the car suits me, and my life style. It feels safe and has more than enough room, runs to the tip are no problem and speed humps just pass under it with barely a shudder.
Having passed the Million driving miles some years back my only regret is not buying one sooner, the performance more than adequate and with almost no body roll when pushed into a corner it feels almost sporty (Had a succession of sports cars earlier in my life).
Achieved a best MPG of 47 On a motor way run thank to miles of 50mph cameras, but still achieve 38 mpg, on many tips. This car is better to live with than I ever thought. Would I buy another! you bet .
