If it had any other badge on it .......

Folk wouldn't give it a second glance. Boring, stodgy, grumbly and quite frankly dull to drive. Even duller to sit in and look at. Road noise intrusive, engine noise intrusive. Can't remember the last time a car gave me a headache. In its favour it is roomy...... and seems economical enough - but then the tank is huge. Don't know why this (and any other VW I have driven) get the reverence heaped upon them - this thing definitely doesn't deserve it. My previous Mazda 6 estate runs rings round this thing being quieter, more comfortable and generally more pleasant to drive. Alas I don't have a choice of vehicle, nor an option to opt out - yet.
Only just got this and can't wait to see the back of it - coupled with the fact it is built by a company that routinely lies, cheats and is morally bankrupt makes the pill even harder to swallow.
