You do not want this car. I could only get 37 mpg for a start and it developed two quite serious faults at only 30,000 miles: The boots on the CV joints started to come adrift, fortunately my mechanic spotted the problem before any serious problems developed. The fuel management system packed up and had to be completely replaced costing over £120, this really should not be happening on modern cars. It "wanders" round bends giving one little confidence about what it might do in adverse conditions. It will be a long time before I buy another Vauxhall.
