Overall reliability

brilliant car, most easy to deal with daily service, best option against oil price rises

Good:
On board silence, absence of vibrations, incredible urban fuel economy, easy to drive for anyone.
Roomy and good looks. Nice also for technical thinking of the future of transport. And helps to lower speed averages, due to the natural challenge of improve mileage, though less fines/ticket chance.

I bet on (and what helped me choose this car):
Excelent reliability exhibited on previous 2Gen may be transferred to this 3Gen 2009-
Low maintenance due to less components used.

Bad: Dashboard rattles, that dealer did not fix at first shot, I will try again next scheduled service. Less comfort from 17inch rims. Bad Toyota choice for 215 tyres, a 205 would be enough. Portuguese taxes rely much on engine displacement, bit unfair to this hybrid.
