Impressive and fun

Changed cars a few times since the beginning of 2016. Then I had a Lexus IS300 sportcross (sensational) then I was persuaded to buy a Nissan Leaf 24KW (a genuinely surprisingly good car-cost zero in running costs) Later in 2017 we moved from Sussex to Cornwall and the Leaf was bewildered by the hilly environment! It had to go so as a stopgap I bought a Saab 93 convertible, 20t. Fabulous but juicy. Spent a couple of months researching and settled on a Niro hybrid or a C-HR hybrid. The Niro was excellent but the C-HR hit the spot. Styling and driving fun did it for me! Fun- yes! The C-HR was developed at Nurburgring apparently by the old Toyota F1 facility. It shows in it's handling and roadholding which is a real surprise. The safety aids are excellent and reassuring and the adaptive cruise control and lane control are a boon on a long motorway journey. They make a chore quite relaxing.

MPG is what I expected- 60-70mpg. Insurance is reasonable along with road tax.

Would I buy another- yes, with a lot more power please!
