Does what it says on the tin!
A very likeable but not perfect car which we have had for 5 years from new. Does everything acceptably well without being outstanding in any one aspect and deserves, in my view, an overall rating well above the sum of the average individual sector ratings. The freebie gift of a 10 year warranty as long as it is serviced by a Toyota dealer is a wonderful confidence boosting benefit that many other makers might consider as it shows supreme confidence in Toyota's beliefs of design and build quality. It's never done less than 50 mpg, except for one particularly quick motorway journey, usually mid 50's, and the servicing is not cheap but using a monthly payment plan helps spread the cost and is, in my view, well worth paying for for peace of mind. Overall we like it but more importantly we can't see anything else that gives anything like the benefits of total reliability with decent dealer attitudes for sensible money so I guess we will keep it for the forseable.
