Subaru XV (2012 - 2018)
2.0D SE Lux Premium 5dr Hatchback
Its a a very worthy and underrated, genuine 4x4, crossover
This is my third Subaru in the last 15 years. During that time I also experimented with Jaguar (S type) and Audi (A6 Avant), both were very good cars in normal conditions but let me down when conditions started to get difficult (snow, ice, flooding etc). Consequently I returned to Subaru which have never let me down. I bought this as a replacement for my 08 plate Legacy Diesel Sports Tourer and have not been disappointed with the exception of luggage capacity.
I bought the car with the ETCO (Everything taken care of) package and so far Subaru have been good to their word.
Subaru's latest lineup is low on bling in comparison to much of its competition and dealerships are not thick on the ground but having tested all the 4x4 and pseudo 4x4 Crossover competition out there when I bought mine I am happy that I make the right choice for my requirements. I have rated the car to take account of the luggage space and the number of UK dealers.
