A great car that is easy to drive and comfortable, Excellent fuel economy for motorway users

I bought my 1.6 Tdi 115 se DSG In January 2019 and I can say that I have enjoyed driving it, it’s my first Skoda and I bought it for the fuel economy and size as I’m 6ft 7in tall I needed space and this car is perfect for tall people. I’ve always struggled with finding cars as I’m so big I have often had to buy big suv or 4x4 and it means fuel economy has always been an issue. This car is great on both it’s big comfy and very fuel efficient, I drive mainly on eco mode but it’s fun in standard and sport my only downside is the lack of satnav I mean you can’t upgrade after so I’m stuck with it for the next 4 years it irks me why all cars don’t have sat nav I mean it’s an essential these days and costs pennies to make.

I also think the stop start system to save fuel can cause issues when rushing out of sideroads or junctions so I need to remember to switch it off but it saves fuel and I do 40,000 miles a year so it’s worth it I have had the car mainly motorway miles up to 68.9 MPG I get roughly 520 miles out of a tank and that a 60 litre tank I believe. Also I’m glad it doesn’t have tacky LED lights I know some do come with them but I hate tacky LED lights

I bought it with 31,000 miles on the clock and it’s now done 53,000 in six months and I’ve switched to longer servicing intervals
